Emery Cottage is a traditional Pembrokeshire Cottage for 2 people, in the peaceful hilltop village of Mathry, opposite the church.
A 2 minute walk to the village pub,the Farmers Arms,with it's bar and restaurant menu and warm welcome to visitors,

Situated between St Davids and Fishguard,7 miles from each, it makes an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire's spectacular National Park and villages.

Visit Solva and other pretty villages along the coast and the wonderful medieval cathedral in St Davids.

There are lots of activities available locally which you can be enjoyed independantly or with a group.
Walk the coast path, cycle (cycle hire available from Fishguard), swim ,canoe or particpate in water sports. There are many great beaches with clean seas. Take a boat trip and look out for seals, propoises and the many coastal birds. Or ... simply chill out and watch the world go by.

Relax with a glass of wine or coffee in the lounge with it's inglenook woodburner.

The kitchen is well equipped to make a meal for that quiet evening in or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby.

A cosy and comfortable retreat for 2 - any time of year.

Visit the nearby village of Solva and the smallest city in Britain, St David's with it's medieval cathedral. Take a boat trip to one of the islands -Skomer or Ramsey to name two.If you look carefully you may be lucky and see a porpoise,dolphin or seals. Coasteering,kayaking and boat trips can be arranged in St David's.
