Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment can be by cheque or through our Paypal account.

The cottage is booked once full payment is received. Confirmation will be sent by post or email whichever prefered.

A fully refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. This will be returned in full within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Should you need to cancel we will attempt to relet that week. All monies paid are non refundable unless the week is relet when rent will be re-paid in full less an administration charge of £25. We would advice you to take out holiday concellation insurance.

The cottage is for 2 people but on request we can accommodate children under one.There is no extra charge,cot and bedding not supplied.

One well behaved dog welcome by arrangement. Please keep out of the bedroom and off the sofa. All pets should be up to date with flea and worming treatments.

Strictly no smoking in the cottage.

Accomodation available from 4.00pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

The hirer agrees:

1.To take proper care of the property and leave it clean and tidy and in the same state of repair as on the arrival day.(Extra cleaning costs charged at £15 per hour )

2. Pay for any breakages,losses or damage to the property.

The owner retains the right of access.

Should a problem or complaint arise we request that it is brought to our attention during your stay - it cannot be dealt with after the holiday.

We request that guests familiarise themselves with the cottage and identify any potential hazards. They must take all reasonable steps to ensure to keep themselves and their property safe whilst staying at the cottage. Please read the information on fire safety in the folder.

We accept no liability for any personal injury, theft, loss or damage during your stay.

We do not anticipate any problems but if in the unlikely event that the cottage is not available a full refund would be given. Liability does not exceed the rental fee.
